What are your business hours and time zone coverage?

Our VAs can work within your preferred U.S. or Canadian time zones—including EST, CST, MST, and PST. We customize schedules based on your business hours.

Will there be any language or communication barriers?

No. All of our assistants are fluent in English and are tested for communication proficiency. If you require support in other languages, we can outsource bilingual or multilingual assistants (e.g., Spanish, French) based on your preference. Please note that rates may vary for these language-specific placements.

How much does it cost to hire a virtual assistant?

Our monthly pricing is:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week): $1,395 to $1,695/month
  • Part-time (20 hours/week): $895/month

*There is also a one-time onboarding fee of $195, which covers initial interviews, assessments, time-tracking setup, and orientation for both the client and assistant.

Is there a minimum number of hours I need to commit to?

We offer both part-time and full-time plans, with most clients opting for full-time to retain their VA as a long-term team member who becomes deeply familiar with their operations and culture.

Can your assistants make outbound calls or speak with my clients?

Yes. Many of our assistants have experience in sales, telemarketing, client communication, and customer service. If phone support is important, we’ll ensure you are matched with a confident, professional communicator.
